With the objective of undertaking welfare activities for the community in innovative ways, building a strong organization for the society, and ensuring the participation of everyone, a proposal to form a cooperative society was made in December 2024 by some community respected members including Sh. Suresh Gola, Sh. Manish Prajapati, Dr. Rajkumar Prajapati,, Dr. Bed Prakash Prajapati, Sh. Manoj Kumar Prajapati, Sh. Mamtesh Arya, sh. Dinesh Prajapati, Sh. Shriniwas Arya, Sh. Virendra Kuamar Prajapati, Sh. Anand Kumar Prajapati, Sh. Hemant prajapati, Sh. Kapil Prajapati, Sh. Krishan Pal, Sh. Janter Prasad, Sh. Narendra Kumar, Sh. Pradeep kumar, Sh. Ram Chander, Sh. Sumit Kumar, Sh. Yogender Kumar & some other respected persons of community. Further, some other persons voluntary connected as Promoter Members to form “Maharaja Daksh Prajapati Motivation Co-operative (U) Thrift & Credit Society Limited” .
About Us
The foundation of Cooperative Societies lies on the voluntarism and follows the philosophy of “All for each and each for all.” It implies that each member of the society voluntarily becomes the member and is not confined by any social, religious or political discrimination. Besides, anyone who meets the prescribed qualifications by the Cooperative’s Act, Rules & By-laws of concerned state, can be a member of the society.
“Maharaja Daksh Prajapati Motivation Co-operative (U) Thrift & Credit Society Limited” is a Thrift & Credit Cooperative Society founded by Sh. Suresh Gola (FOUNDER/CHIEF PROMOTER) with other Promoter members of Prajapati Community and registered under the Delhi Cooperative Societies (DCS) Act 1972. The Society was registered with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Delhi on 28th of November, 2025 vide Registration No. – 10963/Sec-IV/T/C/2025.
The primary objective of the Society is to uplift the social and economic conditions of its members by promoting saving habits. The products of the Society are in the shape of Daily Deposit, Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Saving Accounts, and Loans.
The Society has its registered office at A-70, Hardev Puri, Gali No.-5, Shahdara, Delhi-110093. The norms and rules of working related to the Society have been outlined under the Bye-laws of the Society.
The society strictly abides by the Delhi State Cooperative Society Act 1972, and conducts its business amongst the members of the Society. The Society uses the funds for loans to its members and for investments as per the Cooperative Society Act / Rules / Bye-laws.
The registration, guiding and supervising authority of the Society is the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (RCS), Delhi.
The fundamental objective of “Maharaja Daksh Prajapati Motivation Co-operative (U) Thrift & Credit Society Limited” is to promote self-help and mutual help and to uplift financial viability of weaker section. The primary motto of this society is to refine the economic condition of its members.
